By using J2M CleverOps services, you agree to these terms. Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
Monthly fees are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. One-time setup fees are due upon agreement. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
If our service does not capture more revenue than its cost within 30 days of activation, you are entitled to a full refund of the first month's service fee.
Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. No penalties, no long-term contracts. Upon cancellation, you retain all call logs, transcripts, and configurations created during your service period.
J2M CleverOps carries $2M Professional Liability (E&O) Insurance and Cyber Liability Insurance. Our liability is limited to the fees paid during the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
